Condos in Ecuador: Primavera II Condos in Cotacachi Beginning to Bloom
I jumped out of my bed a couple of days ago and looked out the front window of our 4th floor apartment in Cotacachi. Volcano Mama Cotacachi was crystal clear. This was an unusual site for us as for the last couple months of the rainy season she has kept herself pretty well covered.
“Let’s go over to our condo and take some pictures,” I exclaimed to Linda, “before she clouds up again.”
We dressed hurriedly and quickly walked the 4 blocks to the new Primavera II condos in Ecuador. What a glorious day!
The sun was shining, there was a golden glow in the air, and as we walked into the condo garden area, we noticed heavy dew, as if each blade of grass were reflecting the full light of the sun. Yes, this was one of the reasons I moved to Cotacachi. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

As we climbed the stairs to our north-facing, partially-completed 4th floor penthouse, I thought back about a year ago when we stood on another 4th floor penthouse about a block away. This building, Primavera I, built by the same builder, had been purchased and was being sold by a well-known American promoter.
We had wanted to purchase it, but someone else got to it before we did. Those seven apartments sold out in about a month to the promoter’s clients, partly due to that fact that they are beautiful and an excellent bargain, partly due to the skills of the promoter.

As I stood looking at the incredible views, I thought to myself, “What luck! What luck that we didn’t get that first condo, because this one is so much better! Not only that, it costs $3,000 LESS than what we would have had to pay for the other one!”
These Ecuador condos, Primavera II, are truly an example of what ideal urban living can be like! Jorge Quilumbaqui, the builder and developer, loves to build gardens. Often, on breaks during the day, or after work, Jorge can be found sitting in his beloved 1978 Ford pick-up, with his nose stuck into the pages of the latest Architectural Digest, searching for new ideas.

Ultimately, Primavera II will have more than an acre and a half of gardens, to include walking paths, barbecue areas, and meditation benches. The land goes all the way down to border a small creek running below the property.
Yet with all this green space, the buildings are only a block and a half away from the bank, a church, outdoor market and Leather Street, and two blocks from a small supermarket.

Besides the gardens, these condos have been redesigned to include a nice-sized terrace for each apartment on the second and third floors. One of the reasons we are here is to take advantage of the beautiful “eternal spring” weather that so blesses Cotacachi.
In Primavera I, only the penthouses have this advantage. But in these two new buildings, there are 8 more units where residents can enjoy the full benefits of outdoor living.

And the good news? The price for the condos is only $46,500, at least for the time being, for nearly 1,200 sq. ft. of beautiful living space! As soon as the first building is complete, the prices will increase. The three bedroom, two and a half bath condos are on the ground floor, while the two bedroom, two bath with terrace condos are on the second and third floors.
Linda and I are delighted to be involved in the promotion of this project. Because Pro-Ecuador.com does not YET have the internet reach of the previous promoter, there is a great opportunity here for readers of Pro-Ecuador.com to snatch up an incredible bargain.

If the other promoter decides to offer these condos in the future, which is nearly certain that he will do at some point, they will be gone in a flash.
So my suggestion is if you are at all considering purchasing a condo in Ecuador, in Cotacachi, the land of eternal spring, do not delay. Click here to contact Gary or call 218-206-1115. This is a U.S. number.
